Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened Wet Dog Food – Due to perishable nature
- Opened Dry Dog Food – Once the seal is broken
- General Treats – If packaging has been opened
Note: This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us – Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Information
For exchanges:

Return Shipping

International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Any customs fees or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
